Ksubi offers a 30-day return window for all full-priced items provided they are in original condition with all tags attached. Please note that sale items are eligible for store credit only and final sale items cannot be returned.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack your items in the original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

Label and Ship

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Refund Processing

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
